Young Person’s Community Educator (with safeguard duties)
Reporting to: Chief Executive
Salary: £25,200 per year (initial probationary period – 3 year contract)
Hours: 37.5 per week – Monday to Friday (occasional evenings)
Holidays: 25 days statutory entitlement plus Bank Holidays
Do you have the commitment to safeguard young people, have great organisational skills whilst having the ability to connect with young people in a way to allow safe, open discussions?
This is a full-time post, that requires a driving license and access to a vehicle.

Young Person’s Worker (with safeguard duties)
Reporting to: Chief Executive
Salary: TERM TIME salary (pro rata) – £22,098
Hours: 20 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Holidays: Term Time only contract – 39 working weeks
Do you have the natural ability to form a trusting relationship with young people? With your experience and our extensive training you will be supporting young victims of sexual abuse through one-to-one trauma informed emotional support.
This role would suit someone requiring term time hours, with a job share situation meaning you are a part of a team.
